I have designed the Womens Fitness Class for women specifically.  Targeting the issues that all women have to deal with in life.  This is a very aggressive program and it works. The results in just eight weeks are amazing.  One thing I have always told the ladies that start this class, "You will get the results you want by the dedication you give to it."  This class is a five day a week class focusing on resistance training, cardio and abdominal work.  The first four weeks  stage one, the second four weeks stage two. The second stage is where we shake things up and really hit it hard. Increasing the cardio and increasing the resistance training.  The class is fun and a bond developes between all that are part of it. One common goal and the desire to achieve it.
